Ed coordinated a comprehensive refurbishing of our old growth, recycled fir floors in the restaurant of the Yaletown location. A!ter completing a flawless job in this room we asked him to repair and refinish the floors in our pub. Once again, Ed and his crew put the finishing touches on a picture-perfect job in a timely fashion. Our businesses remained open the entire time the work was being completed and, in the end, Ed had achieved the look of completely new floors.

Sometime after this work was completed we decided to replace the fir floors at our lounge in the Lotus Hotel. We called Ed. He sourced the material, stain and sampled us on both. Through our contractor, Stewn Bass, Ed and his crew replaced the floors in Honey Lounge over the course of several weeks.Ed accommodated our schedule so our busrness would remain uninterrupted and completed the work to his usual high standard.

Throughout these 3 jobs, Ed remained in contact with our office, to offer advice on stain colours and ongoing care of our floors. At the completion of each job we went over a maintenance checklist with Ed and continue to use his company for their expertise in this regard.

I had heard of the company as they kindly sponsor a team in Dunbar Little League, so when we needed to have some work done on a rental property we own, Dunbar Hardwoods was our first call. Ed met us at the unit that was to have the work done and he measured the property and was able to show us some flooring options. We have just had our home's hardwood floor refinished by Dunbar Hardwoods. After 20 years, it was showing signs of wear. So we had it resanded and restained.
